      Avantages

      Decent work environment, clear trainings and method and good for something short term

      Inconvénients

      No growth opportunities, sometimes hard to get over 10 hours a week, some centres are very strict and management can be a bit iffy at some of the locations I was at

      - great co-workers and supervisors - provide training and curriculum - fun to work with the kids

      Inconvénients

      - the curriculum model doesn’t allow for much creativity or flexibility
