Keystone is a great place for experienced professionals who want to explore and expand their skill set or work in a more entrepreneurial environment. Management gives its employees a great deal of latitude to manage their day-to-day work and to help clients achieve their goals by doing their very best. Micromanagement is not part of the Keystone culture. The "can-do," agile culture can be energizing to be around.

Lack of documented procedures, few formalized best practices, middling to poor benefits package, infrequent communication from management, no formal on-boarding process, inadequate time off.
If you're looking for a detailed mentoring experience, Keystone is probably not the place for you. The on-boarding process is almost non-existent and new employees are frequently thrown into projects quickly with little vetting of whether they have enough experience with the technology required. That works okay with someone who has strong experience in the field - in fact they may find it refreshing - but it is frustrating and stressful for someone who is just starting out in their career. There is a general feeling of impatience at Keystone that doesn't lend itself well to long ramp-up times or development of long-term initiatives. Communication from management is infrequent and sometimes inconsistent.
If you want a clear, well-developed, structured path to advancement or professional development, you will not find that here. But if you like to carve your own path, Keystone may be just what you need.
