Great pay and flexibility. Lots of perks. Everyone in the industry trusts the Keyence brand.

Inconvénients

A lot of travel. There is so much internal work proving that you are doing your job, that it hinders you from doing the job. So many metrics that even the managers have a tough time keeping up and change strategies mid way through the quarter.

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Inconvénients

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
