      Inconvénients

      - Boring office atmosphere - All engineers are judged on the same KPIs despite different products or territories - some people live off leads where as others get no leads and are forced to be proactive - KPI are quantity not quality focused - Aggressive sales techniques that turns customers off

      Avantages

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Inconvénients

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
