Avantages
Autonomous working conditions. Progressive thinking company in a good market. Two well developed, cloud-based, business Saas solutions. Adequate benefits package.
Inconvénients
Training for new hires is lacking. Some of the software being sold is still underdeveloped. One of the tested and proven piece of software looks very dated, despite it's robust functionality. High turnover rate at all levels. Restructuring often. Leadership is all over the place with little definitive direction. Underdeveloped internal procedures. Not fully utilizing their own products. When one product turns into a cash cow, all other lines and personnel suffer.
