      Avantages

      Great people, but no direction, very little training. Everyone working their best to keep moving forward, but with little strategy and poor execution

      Inconvénients

      High employee turnover, no direction, heavy on marketing light on visionary products. Trying to get cash flow positive at any cost, to get the heck out.

      Avantages

      Amazing team to work with, benefits aren't bad, great PTO. The solution itself is amazing and they are always looking to improve it and do what's best for the customers.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the cons have been addressed, they try to get feedback and adjust which is great.

      The company has continued to struggle in the last 10 years and it didn’t show any growth. The management doesn’t treat their employees well.
