      Avantages

      - If they gift you good accounts, it's smooth sailing at least for your first year - Cool office environment - Kind coworkers

      Inconvénients

      - Saturated market, so extremely difficult to prospect - Quotas ramp up fast, so if you don't hit the ground running expect to be fired within 6 months - Accounts that are good only go to the chosen few, while the other reps fight for scraps

      Avantages

      Good coaching, they give you time to build your book of business.

      Inconvénients

      low base pay. You mainly see real money coming in when you hit all your metrics. The commision structure not that good.
