We are glad to hear you valued your peers, the breadth of work, and the hybrid environment, and we recognise that your experience of recent leadership and cultural shifts has been very different from what you had hoped.
We understand that perceptions of leadership style, psychological safety, and UK–India collaboration can vary across teams and over time, and your perspective will be shared with the relevant senior leaders and our People team as part of our ongoing reviews.
