      Avantages

      Salary was competitive. Appeared to be a great career opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      Too much downtime. Communication was poor. Was there for less than a year as a perm employee, I never felt like I was part of the company, but as a contractor. Nothing substantial really ever came my way while being there. In the end, it was a bad career move, since it added no value to my job history.

      Great company to work for, constantly looking for ways to support customers and empower employees. Great work-life balance, very much a family-oriented company.

      Inconvénients

      No Cons, overall a great place to work.
