      Avantages

      Lots of opportunity to work with a variety of people. Work is interesting and often requires creative problem-solving. People are friendly and helpful. Lots of autonomy

      Inconvénients

      Distributed & remote company means some silos, but not unreasonably so. Central does not understand and thus cannot support all the different business units making it difficult for non-standard work to get done. Clunky and restrictive procurement processes thwart agility and speed.

      Avantages

      I worked as a contractor to InnoEnergy, and my overall experience was positive. I was well compensated for my time and was able to work remotely on several projects. Overall communication was good.

      Inconvénients

      Because InnoEnergy is an EU-funded company, the paperwork for contracts and payments is extensive, and payment has often taken months to process after the delivery of goods. Keep this in mind when working with InnoEnergy.
