      Avantages

      Used to be a good company with good work culture and team bonding. Some of the folks work for decades and lots of good domain knowledge with them however most of them are now asked to leave

      Inconvénients

      Too many changes at top form last 5 years … lots of unnecessary Position at top. They don’t focus on improving products or technologies but on cutting employees. Lots of short term decision in recent times Use to be a very good company but now no culture .. money is what matters

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
