      Avantages

      Overall co-workers are nice. Benefits are good especially for senior management and for people who have been with company for 20+ years.

      Inconvénients

      Large number of senior employees who are waiting to retire. Not an stimulating environment for younger employees. Interns were hesitate to accept positions with company,. Little or no growth potential unless you know key management people personally. When team members tried to transfer in an attempt to grow and move up, transfers were denied leading to high turn over.

      Avantages

      Excellent office culture...we have each other's back and everyone is there for each other on the quest to provide the best customer experience. We bring a, "whatever it takes" mentality to our workday. Best part of our job is our work family.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure industry that must be managed daily. We save lives! That brings a heavy responsibility to what we do and means we must remain focused at all times.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
