Provided opportunity to learn and advance - Avis employé Lead Trainer/Regional Training Coordinator JobWorks

We were contracted, so while I don't have many cons about JobWorks themselves, a lot of staff was burned out by constantly changing expectations and requirements. Again this doesn't fall on my employer, other than to say they were largely at the mercy of the company we were contracted to. They were at one time going to provide us with an HR specialist to represent them at our location full time. I wish that had worked out. Benefits are ok for singles, but too pricy for families.
