Avantages
Friendly co-workers, short Fridays. New management came in prior to my departure. Highly skilled and easy to talk to. Hopefully with this change in management the company has been able make the changes needed in order to be a rewarding place to work.
Inconvénients
Many employees have worked for this company after it was bought out from previous owners. Their pay reflects the past barely a living wage. Goals are set with a bonus if met.. it is never met... Company meetings tell employees they failed at reaching goals even though most employees are some of the hardest workers I have met. Many nearing retirement employees walked out right before reaching retirement.
