Inconvénients
Family owned business, only key positions are held by family members including HR. There is a high favoritism type of environment between Senior Management and certain employees. No room for advancement, HR is a complete mess, no reviews( except if you are favored or family), no career path or options presented to current employees. No incentives to have a long service with this company, such as Attendance, work ethic are taking into consideration. HR does not attend to issues in a timely manner, instead likes to shift blame from person to person. Also very few minorities hired here, when they are they seem to be run out by the racist management for minor infractions when other employees of non-minority skin color spend 40 out of the 80HRs a week in the bathroom are left to suck up a paycheck. No communication between leads that usually ends up putting departments behind. A lot of High school gossiping as well. There also in no enforcement on COVID-19 Safety measures.
