      Avantages

      You get paid to exercise. Members are wonderful. Atmosphere is fun and nonjudgmental. Routines are fun and provided by corporate.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low for the time spent preparing for class.

      Avantages

      Good workout for health and longevity. Many great connections with other instructors and customers.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is abysmal. You get paid a flat fee per classes taught. Nothing for prep or travel time. Local owners truly care about you but it feels like corporate does not.
