      Avantages

      Flexible hybrid schedule, competitive pay, good work culture/atmosphere. Lots of fun company events. Relatively small team which is better than working for a massive company. Opportunity for growth. Some travel. Good employee benefits/perks.

      Inconvénients

      Wear a lot of hats. Ambitious growth goals YoY.

      Friendly and supportive team, fun workspace, flexible hours

      Low pay, unsupportive management, not much room for growth, inconsistent job description, “boys club” feel (playboy magazine hanging on CEOs wall)
