Avantages
I enjoyed the work, because my managers didn't micromanage me, giving me some semblance of autonomy in getting my job done due to my many years of experience and my self motivation.I had many wonderful customers there and enjoyed a genial rapport with my colleagues.
Inconvénients
Business started to suffer and in-store sales dwindled greatly. Commission pay all but disappeared, perhaps due to internet sales and to the practice of "call in to reserve and pick up in store" Phone order staff benefitted unfairly from the advice and time of in-store sales staff. The store is now closed,supposedly undergoing a restructuring.
