1. Leadership is poor. They used this falsy time tracker, full of bugs. Directors built it themselves with Claude AI, which records wrong time hours. And on that basis they deducted money from salary every month. There is no system like contacting employee first, let them explain, nothing. And its not HR, but directors do such stuff themselves. So after they have taken the action, only then I got to know, and then I kept trying to reach out, they will always be busy and postpone any face to face talks. Tried support from HRs, but that never helped. Because they have to ask everything from directors first who are never available, they only give timelines that are never met. 2. At time of promotion, they kept assuring, but never acted on it.. ever. There were colleagues who had pending promotions from last 150-200 days and even more. Everyone receives only false assurances, no credibility for any single word. 3. No Diwali bonus. 4. Micro Management
