Avantages
Invotra has been built by apprentices. I joined as a complete junior with no experience and have grown to a senior role within the business thanks completely to the apprenticeship team internally just the general support. The staff are all great and social, people have time for everyone else and the culture is really nice. The company also adapted to the lockdowns quite well - it took some time for everyone to figure out a balance and I'm definitely glad we have shared workspaces & offices open again but I got a lot more support than some of my friends did at their jobs. Overall I'd highly recommend Invotra to anyone looking to move to a new place in their career or develop fast.
Inconvénients
It's still a small company in ways - and so it can sometimes become high-pressure (depending on your role). I think generally management do a good job of not putting it on junior staff but if you're looking to move up, you have to be willing to put the work in and I think where I've had to work longer hours or take on more responsibility this has been matched in support.
