      Avantages

      Relationships more important than intelligence and work

      Inconvénients

      Treat employees poorly, negative work life balance and under paid, poor bonus, bullying is prevalent coulture. When I left, it was a great time in the asset management industry. I can only imagine what it would be like today.

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Lots of grunt work to build a solid foundation and understanding of multi-asset investing.

      Inconvénients

      No clear career path and opportunities for growth.
