Company is growing and taking its employees on a great ride.

Remote working is set up great at this company.

I am able to work from home and also be with my children. They are so supportive of the fact I am a mother with children, and that makes all the difference. My boss listens to me, he doesn't make me feel dumb or insignificant. I have a voice and I love that I get to be a part of decisions as the company forms and grows. I feel valued here and I am grateful to be here.

Health care is a bit expensive but they are a small company, as they grow it may become more affordable.
