Avantages

True passion for customers Employee-centric...benefits and amenities are world class (ignore posters who say otherwise) Work-life balance Real effort being focused on innovation and growth

Inconvénients

-Inefficient...even with recent layoffs we don't know what people do. We are leaving money on the table. -VP's who fail...and fail...and don't add value...are rewarded with different jobs. As an employee, I'm disgusted. As a shareholder I'm appalled. -Company believes in concept of development and mobility, but has done little actionable to enable it. We have a shockingly weak leadership bench because of this...often hiring externally for key roles -We are told to be patient and promotion/opportunities will eventually come. This is a hard sell as years pass -Strong culture...those who don't adapt will fail or leave in frustration

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
