      Avantages

      There are alot of reasons to work at IntrnForte 1) The work culture is really nice. Unnecessary no one pressurise though it's a sales company. 2)Salary comes on time . 3) Every tuesday , regular activities scheduled for team bonding 4) Management is always open to take suggestions. 5) Management pushes everyone to do some new task like taking webinar , training session of new joiners . 6) Incentive and rewards part is also good .

      Inconvénients

      1) Paid leaves isn't there but yes if we are reaching our target then there's no deduction for the leaves.

      None. If you want mental torture everyday this is a perfect place.

      Inconvénients

      Everything in my opinion. TL especially the t*mil one. Your whole day is wasted Unnecessary pressure They sell a scam No transparency No holidays.

      Currently , nothing positive environment. Good location

      Inconvénients

      Less salary , models are getting changed frequently , deductions , no leaves
