      1. Good among desi consulting companies; pays on-time without any issues. 2. H1-B approval rate is great. 3. Open and transparent in everything.

      Inconvénients

      1. Not many big vendor / client contacts. 2. No travel expenses; accommodation provided for employee. 3. Not a very convincing health insurance policy.

      Avantages

      - Supportive team and approachable mentors who were willing to guide and share knowledge. - Gained valuable hands-on experience working with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and cloud technologies. - Exposure to real-world projects that helped bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices. - Flexible work environment with a good balance between learning and delivering.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited access to advanced tools and resources compared to larger tech firms. - Sometimes project scopes changed quickly, which made it hard to focus deeply on one area. - As an intern, communication regarding long-term opportunities could’ve been clearer
