      Avantages

      Intesource has a great team environment. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and ideas and upper management is eager to hear suggestions from anyone/everyone. The company is very supportive of your personal life (example: school, children, etc) and I genuinely think they want to see you grow personally and professionally. They will, usually without any hesitation, give you every resource possible in order for you to grow.

      Inconvénients

      I feel like communication could be worked upon between employees. There were a few times during my employment when I think situations were not clearly spelled out for me and the gravity of such situations were not expressed.

      Avantages

      Overall had a good experience working here. They treat their employees fairly well. Benefits are alright and there is usually an annual bonus, although that may change now that they were bought out by a publicly traded company

      Inconvénients

      No room for upward mobility. It's a very small company, so there just isn't anywhere to go. No significant raises and after time the job gets boring. There are a few, core people who have worked for the company for many years and they seem pretty content, but there is a pretty high turn around for everyone else.
