      Avantages

      This company essentially founded eCommerce. The technology remains top shelf to this day! While the US group is not huge, it is a tightly-knit group with a focus on serving customers well. Everyone looks out for one another. Friendly fast and efficient.

      Inconvénients

      Being publicly held and traded on the German stock exchange is an albatross of a prior regime.

      Avantages

      Small U.S. team works closely together, great communication. Dedicated employees and management. Expectations are high but employees are treated with respect and allowed to work independently. Management is easy to talk to and cares about employees.

      Inconvénients

      The usual communication/time zone challenges of working with a global company.
