      Avantages

      Intersection, formerly the Heritage Group, is a great company comprised of outstanding people. The company offers a collaborative work environment where every opinion counts and is valued. The company culture is work hard / play hard and those not afraid of hard work will thrive here. The time I worked at this company was time well spent. It was rewarding in multiple ways.

      Not for those afraid of hard work.

      Avantages

      Total freedom to do what you want and where you want. No corporate BS and the splits are much better. This is a very entrepreneurial office and creativity is second only to integrity.

      Inconvénients

      No research department but that info is readily available elsewhere.

      used to be good place to work

      Inconvénients

      everything changed in 2024 when CEO became a tyrant lots of complaints, made no difference big egos in charge who don't care about employees at all we are all exchangable owners are really not good people pay is really low and work is really extreme expected to work extra hours, and you are watched every minute you are clocked to make sure you are at your desk for some even at lunch its time to go
