      Good colleagues to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Some family members have more power than other managers/directors, they keep promoted/moved to another positions even if they failed in one role many times.

      Autonomy in the work, smart, good people and free lunch.

      Inconvénients

      Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
