      legitimately nothing was good about this place

      Fraudulent role advertising. Advertised as customer service, you start training and then they tell you it's actually a retentions role.

      Working from home Some management is nice and encouraging

      Inconvénients

      Charged for headset (when they said it would be refunded if we sent it back, they didn't give us that option in the end) Management a bit all over the place Software crashes
