Despite giving everything I had to this job, the company made it very clear that loyalty and hard work mean nothing here. They pushed out the best manager they had – someone who genuinely cared about their team and kept things running smoothly. Once that happened, the place completely lost its way. When I raised concerns about leaving because I feared redundancy, I was brushed off, only for the exact campaign I worked on to be made redundant just three weeks after I left. That shows how little transparency or honesty there is with staff. This company will take everything you give and offer zero security or appreciation in return. If you’re considering working here, ask yourself if you’re okay being treated as disposable — because that’s exactly how they’ll see you.
