I've read many of these reviews and the positive ones are true. IntelliFour is a great place to work which I am part of from last 2 and half years. As a growing organization they're constantly working on ways to improve the opportunities to succeed. I think there was time where things were not so great at IntelliFour but those are the things of past. IntelliFour has been providing new hires with the tools necessary to succeed. When I joined I didn't know what to expect and admit there were times I questioned my decision to join the organization. I've removed many of those doubts and continue to see more and more opportunities within the company to grow and continue working here. If you're looking for a position that awards and recognizes success, IntelliFour is definitely a place you should take a look at. Pros Compensation, young energetic atmosphere, growth opportunities
Inconvénients
Fast growth often leaves our organization struggling to keep up with the demands of the business. Growth means lots of people are new, and lots of things don't have a clear process yet. Some processes are a bit messy and scrambling. But that's part of the fun, if you look at it the right way.
