      Avantages

      Salary payment is on time. Manageable work pressures.

      Inconvénients

      Pathetic work culture. No HR assistance, No Accounts assistance, No email communications. Appointed MD's one year old son as HR Manager when assistance insisted. Will not even get salary slips on time. Treats the employee as enemy the moment you put up your resignation.
