      Avantages

      Majority of company execs have great vision and value teamwork. Integro is very good to their clients and deliver top notch service and software.

      Inconvénients

      HR management needs a great deal of help. You will likely not be part of your own career planning or direction; one day you have a job, the next you are gone. If you are inexperienced, you have a better chance of being retained, as the "Integro way" is the only valued experience.

      Flexible working environment and hours. Open communication. Positive culture.

      Inconvénients

      Must be self-directed and self-motivated to be successful.

      Thanks for the positive review. You are correct, Integro is best for people that not only don't need but don't appreciate micro-managing and directing. Self-directed and self-motivated people find this environment to be a positive.

      You get to detail cars that’s it

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t worth the work you do If you miss just one day, it’s a problem for them They pick poor management They hire you and let you start working before your drug test and background check comes back which I’ve never heard of before and then they fire you when they don’t like what they see
