      Avantages

      I can't think of any.

      Inconvénients

      Have to fight for a raise in pay and the rare times you get one its less than cost of living adjustments. Doesn't care for its employees. Gives no bonuses. So cheap that they hold their holiday party in January at an Apartment club house.

      Avantages

      They are careful about who to bring on board, and make an effort to keep the talent.

      Inconvénients

      - Just as other small contracting company, there's a lot of BD work, which can be iffy when it comes to predicting workforce needs.

      Avantages

      If your contract ends they will genuinely try to find you another contract to work on. More personal feeling than other government contractors.

      Inconvénients

      Can be stressful, the owners are workaholics and expect the same as you. Often not very organized and often communication is not the best but that can be the fast pace.
