      Avantages

      You know what to expect pretty much day in and day out once in awhile management May bring the hammer down but it's necessary to keep the business flowing, steady job.

      Inconvénients

      Just like any other job it has it's cons but I won't going to detail just remember in life it's not what you know sometimes it's who you know.

      The managers are some of best I have ever had. When you need help they are always willing to step up and help.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes mandatory overtime is inconvenient.
