      Work life balance is good. Learning opportunities are great if you are in right team.

      Inconvénients

      Work Policies changes suddenly without any prior notice (recently updated notice period policy to 90 days from 45 days). No official outings or parties or any other team bonding events. Performance assessment is bad. Too much enequities in payments.
