      Benefits ok, friendly environment in claims

      Inconvénients

      Misleading company!Poor life balance. They initially give you a different time frame of working from home and office and then changing it without considering personal circumstances although promited in their job offers.poor salary for the demand and workload.

We aim to support flexible working when we can, and all our employment contracts should outline the working hours required for each role. Open dialogue with line managers and HR is encouraged to raise concern around working hours, hybrid ways of working or workload.

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
