Inconvénients
Poor pay relative to company earnings/work Long hours (I reckon my average hourly rate was just above minimum wage for the hours worked) Being on call (I had to take calls regarding quotes while working on renewals) Superfluous mid-managers who were never in (I think I was unlucky to get a manager who clearly was out-of-her depth and assigned me work outside my remit) Regulation (numerous codes regulate the industry. I was made file breaches for an employee who quit w/o notice!)

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season
Inconvénients
They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
