      Avantages

      A lot of talented and good people trying to do the right thing in challenging circumstances, recent management changes provide an opportunity to move in a different direction this is driven by the new owner's Intact and CEO.

      Inconvénients

      Afraid of real change, stuck in past, doesn't understand how to design and enable technology to support its business, culture needs an overhaul, too much firefighting and insufficient resources and complete dependency on third parties

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
