      Avantages

      Very supportive of their staff ,Good work balance when my partner became ill they were their with support and understanding alway eager to teach staff new skills and help progress up the promotion lader

      Inconvénients

      Lots of red tape but with the new strategies coming in this is starting to change for the better and and new process updated everyday

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
