Where to begin:
-the better you are at your job, the more work they will throw on you with no remorse.
-claims at one point were about 200 cases per worker, except the select few.
-the select few were not given claims, they were told to help. These are not the people who worked hard to make sure there claims were under a certain amount. These are people that management were friends with or just plain got along really well.
-i learned to do what is necessary and nothing more as you will only be rewarded with other slackers work.
-i helped one person who had fell behind, multiple complaints - she was given a promotion and I was unfortunately not ready yet.
***I had applied for a Bodily Injury Adjuster Job a little after being hired as a Claims auto adjuster. Only one month on the job when I went for the interview. The hiring manager advised that i needed more Adjuster experience. A few other colleagues with the same position as mine were also told the same thing. The company ended up hiring a Customer Service Rep for the position. A person who has ZERO experience as an adjuster.
**OUR FLOOR ONCE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT WE SHOULD REFRAIN FROM USING THE WASHROOM THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON AS THE PHONES WIL BE BUSY. INSTEAD WE SHOULD USE WASHROOM ONLY ON OUR LUNCH.***
