      Avantages

      Best reason the KJ Prince, the CEO. Very helpful and nice person. If anyone interested, can learn from him a lot of things. No micro management, work as you like and deliver.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing much to say, as it was one of my best work place. Maybe payment is little tight!

      Avantages

      There is a real sense of community here that I have not seen at any other company. Everyone cares for everyone else and actively works to support each other towards achieving personal & company goals. There is a lot of work to be done (as with any growing company) but the work is very interesting and the quality of the staff is top-notch

      Inconvénients

      Not very many... If any at all.

      Avantages

      Want to be challenged? Want to test your limits? This is the place to do it. There's no rules. Complete chaos. Little managerial over site...Not for the timid, weak, or corporate cubicle dweller.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, low pay, clients can be a challenge to educate. Competitors are cut throat. Margins are low.
