      Avantages

      Technology was interesting and benefits were very good.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of vision on product vision. Companies were merged and there was a definite "division" in ideology and path forward. Was also a major layoff in 2023, mostly on the tech side.

      Avantages

      InspereX makes an effort to have their office and remote enviroments feel like 'One InspereX family'. This includes transparency between Corporate, Sales & Trading, Technology and other backend departments.

      Inconvénients

      Merger of Incapital and 280CapMkts in 2021 was a rough transition, with cultural & workflow issues merging teams, management and platforms.
