Inconvénients
- VERYYY LESS PACKAGE & NO BENEFITS! - No proper office facilities - Bond for 2 years - They cut 10% of your package and then give it showing it as the appraisal money and add only 3000-4000 as a bonus to that money! - No work-life balance - Strict rules for timing, breaks etc - If you're late till 11am then they cut your leave as half day and if you come after 12pm then full-day leave is cut. - No compensations for over-time. - HR is lazy, slow and high tempered - Projects not properly managed - Less leaves
