      Insource recognises & understands your skills and ensures your role gives you enough room to use them. The Insource team are very friendly and always make you feel comfortable & welcomed. Insource do not hold you back but encourages you to expand your knowledge at a pace that suits you. There is flexibility in your working style and your opinions and suggestions do matter and are taken on board.

      No real cons working for Insource because if you are unsure or unhappy with something there is the freedom to say so in a safe environment

      Inconvénients

      Being an agile exciting SME can sometimes lead to priorities changing on a whim, i think that this has been addressed via the building up of a very experienced, dedicated and supportive senior management team and the focus on building the right team around them combined with a clear and thought out strategy for the business. All I would say is keep this up because it really has a positive impact on the team around you.
