Avantages
None to really mention - it used to be a good company but anyone good or capable has either left or is leaving due to the appalling leadership of the company by the executives.
Inconvénients
People are not really leaving the company, because the people are nice, but the executives and CEO are just terrible - so really people are leaving them not the company itself. The culture is terrible, which is set from the top - people are leaving in protest and we cannot seem to recruit people as fast as they are leaving - I have never experienced anything like it. People are openly talking about looking for other jobs and how bad things are but the leadership (I use that term lightly - they are not leaders) are oblivious and just blame everyone else apart from themselves.
