      - Interesting real-world geospatial problems - Leadership and management that truly cares and respects their people - Employees are granted a lot of trust and independence

      - Mediocre company growth/lay-offs - The team runs very lean and people become very siloed - Employees given a lot of trust, but little oversight or accountability for people who are struggling

      Avantages

      Very flexible schedule and truly unlimited PTO.

      Inconvénients

      No true leadership. They will tell you everything is perfect and then lay off a bunch of your coworkers and expect you to pick up the slack. The old CEO David left us out to dry during the acquisition by Zeitview. They wiped out all equity, got rid of yearly comp adjustments, reduced benefits, greatly reduced bonuses. The new CEO and leadership aren't any better. None of them can look you in the eye and have a normal conversation. They want to replace everyone with either AI or overseas workers and have explicitly said so. Towards the end I found out some of my coworkers were getting paid ~50% more than me. I am very skeptical of the few recent positive reviews on here.
