      -Good benefits -Good holiday plan -Caring leadership team. I see the good intention and efforts. -We do great work. I feel proud to see the impact of my work in the community.

      Inconvénients

      -Pay can be better -Better mental health service, as the work can be stressful helping our clients. The mental health holidays are great.

      Avantages

      The administrative team here is absolutely amazing; I was impressed just with the onboarding process overall. Truly amazing group of individuals, very welcoming, great benefits, work life balance, diversity, highly organized and flexible. The level of compassion and respect that is provided for the participants is admirable, the peer-to-peer support, growth opportunities and professional development are a few of the wonderful perks at Insight.

      Clocking in process can be a bit time consuming
