Avantages

Great food when you take customers out for lunch. You form some really great friendships while you're at work.

Inconvénients

They make you hate your life. Encourage you to drink at lunch and dinner if that's what the customer wants. They make you pay for happy hours which are mandatory. They also will MAKE you post a positive review while you're working there to seem like everything is great from the outside and the actual turnover rate is over 50% in the first year because "people can't handle it." They promise a lot of money but essentially try and trap you in a lifestyle that is the staffing business.

Avantages

Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

Inconvénients

It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

Avantages

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

Inconvénients

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
